Terms of Service
These Terms govern the provision of graphic design services by Mergari in the UK. By commissioning work you agree to the terms below including payment, delivery, and change requests.
Data protection (UK GDPR)
Mergari processes personal data to deliver contracted services and to communicate about projects. We act as controller for client records. Legal basis includes contract performance and legitimate interests for business communications.

Intellectual Property
Design concepts remain our copyright until full payment and assignment as agreed. We licence final deliverables to clients per contract terms. Avoid using third-party assets without cleared licences.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about services or data handling, contact us at mergari@hotmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve within 30 days. Where required, disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Data Subject Access & Requests
If you'd like a copy of personal data we hold, or wish to request rectification or erasure, submit a request using the form. We will verify identity and respond within one month (UK GDPR).
Verification
To protect privacy we may request identification or supplemental information before fulfilling requests. We never charge for normal access requests unless manifestly unfounded or excessive.
